RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange an online order, you must notify us via email within 7 business days of receiving the order and the order must be shipped back within 14 business days. For online returns or exchanges, please send an email to email@example.com.
Return requests after the 7-business day window are subject to store credit only.
We do not accept returns for international orders.
All online items ship with a security tag that must remain attached and undamaged in the event of a return. If the security tag is missing or damaged, it may result in a delayed refund and/or may disqualify the item for a refund.
All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed will not be eligible for a return.
Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in store.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with your online order and would like to return or exchange it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return within 7 business days of receiving your order.
After your return email is submitted and verified, we will email you a complimentary return label.
We will issue your refund or exchange after we receive the returned item. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note: Depending on your bank, it may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
